Edibles are always an exciting way to consume cannabis. So many flavors and choices these days. Chocolate seems to stand out to me as the one edible that is truly a treat. After dinner dessert, a good pairing with a cheese and nut charcuterie board. The options are endless with chocolate because if you’re like me, there really isn’t a time I’ll say no to a piece, medicated or not. However, a medicated piece is a plus.
When searching for chocolate or edibles in general, you always scope out the dosage level, especially when they’re all together in one rectangular shape.
For me, I want to make sure I’m not getting something that’s going to knock me down and out after I take it every time. Having the choice of 250mg, 500mg, and 1000mg allows a wide variety of consumers to all enjoy these equally and get exactly what they pay for.

Packaging 8 – The packaging is simple and inviting. Leaving the color scheme to a minimum keeps it professional and high class. I do love the bright red foil. Very similar to a vintage chocolate bar.
Ingredients Score 9 – They did an excellent job of outlining the ingredients while being organic.
Value Score 7 – The chocolate is decadent and the effects hit early. It’s priced well for the quality.
Originality 10 – The flavor profile of these Zen bars make them unique in the market.
Consistency 10 – Smooth and soft chocolatey texture.
Taste 9 – Super creamy and very little ‘’weedy’’ taste.
Correct Dose 10 – Consistent dosage and always gets me evenly medicated throughout the hours I take them.
Medicinal 9 – For those who don’t want the overwhelming taste of cannabis or the same gummies but need medicated with a treat, these are a special purchase.
Experience 10 – My experience is always a pleasant one with these. Everything is happy and fun. Then after, as soon as my head hits the pillow, I’m asleep.
Repeat Purchase 8 – I do have to alternate between the bar and other edibles occasionally due to the cost. However, the quality of these chocolate bars doesn’t spark any regret for the purchase.
