Introducing HOT HONEY from Good Day Farm, a sweet treat with some heat. This infused honey is made using all-natural, local honey from Honey Hive Farms and gently infused with full spectrum cannabis magic and an explosion of fiery Habanero pepper sauce. Each 3oz jar contains 150mg of full-spectrum THC. This sweet, spicy honey is a little bit of heaven, a little bit of hell, and a whole lot of GOOD!
Below is a suggested recipe from Peter Sturdevant, Executive Chef, Good Day Farm.
Good Day Farm Hot Honey Glaze for “Baked” Ham or Turkey
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup GDF Hot Honey
- ½ cup pulp-free orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- pinch of clove
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook on medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 4-5 minutes while constantly stirring. Take off heat and let cool. Brush over ham or turkey with 20 minutes left to cook. If you leave the glaze in the oven for too long, it will burn due to its high sugar content.
If that sounds like too much work, you can just drizzle the hot honey right on some buttered cornbread or buttered crescent rolls.
