“French Hi,” a THC-infused dipping sauce inspired by Hi-Pointe’s Andalouse Sauce, will be available for purchase starting Friday, July 28 at all Kind Goods Dispensaries, and other participating Missouri Dispensaries.
Hi-Pointe Drive-In (multiple locations), the creative burger and sandwich joint, and Good Taste Edibles, a St. Louis-based cannabis-derived edible brand High Fidelity Brands, announce today “Good & Hi,” a new partnership of THC-infused products. Starting with the most essential of dipping sauces, the brands will release “French-Hi Sauce,” a THC-infused fry sauce, on Friday, July 28. The Andalouse-inspired sauce flavor, an elevated take on Hi-Pointe’s famous Belgian dipping sauce, will turn any meal into a munchie’s meal. In anticipation of their upcoming product launch, Good Taste Edibles Food Truck will pop up at Hi-Pointe locations from Monday, July 17 through Sunday, July 23. The French-Hi sauce ($28), the first product in the new line, will be available for purchase at Kind Goods Dispensaries (multiple locations) on Friday, July 28.
Good Taste was founded in 2022, with renowned culinary creative Chef Harold Sexauer at the helm. As a seasoned St. Louis executive chef, Sexauer has years of industry experience (The Shack and The Tavern Kitchen and Bar) and is known for his creativity and whimsical flair, finding new inspiration in the culinary cannabis market. Good Taste elevates classic comfort flavors and has gained widespread recognition for their delectable, infused Rice Crispy treats, with their Fruitfetti flavor earning a prestigious nomination for the “Best Baked Edible in Missouri” award at the esteemed Greenway Magazine’s “Best of the Industry”.
“We see Good & Hi as a start to infusing different types of products that people don’t expect,” says BJ Jordan, Chief Marketing Officer of High Fidelity Brands. “Dipping sauce is a new way for cannabis enthusiasts to indulge. We are thrilled to explore new infusion styles with Hi-Pointe. This is just the beginning.”
The St. Louis burger staple, aptly named “Hi-Pointe,” is not new to tongue-in-cheek marijuana-inspired references sprinkled throughout its menu specials, merch, and decor.
“This sauce is delicious and will take your munchies meal to the next level,” says Hi-Pointe owner Ben Hillman. “Good Taste is naturally a perfect partner for Hi-Pointe. They like to have fun, and they are committed to quality. We are looking forward to combining our playful approach to food and to expanding the hi life experience through new products with this exclusive partnership.”
The brand collaboration and product expansion comes on the heels of Hi-Pointe’s seventh store concept announcement, set to open in Edwardsville in late summer 2023. Good & Hi’s “French-Hi” sauce will be available for purchase at Kind Goods Dispensaries (multiple locations) on Friday, July 28.
