The Cannabis Cult is excited to announce the results of Round 2 of the Connoisseur Pack Flower Tournament Series!
This was another incredibly close round, much like Round 1, with three of the four competing strains achieving a rating higher than 8. Each entry brought a unique profile and outstanding quality to the table, making for another great collaboration and competition. The participating brands for Round 2 were Sundro, Illicit, Cloud Cover, and Robust.
Round 2 Results
First Place: Super Buff Cherries by Sundro
Details: Taking the top spot in this round, Super Buff Cherries by Sundro impressed with its massive, trichome-coated buds accented by hues of purple, creating a visually stunning presentation. The strain, a cross between Blockberry-Super Boof Cut and Tropicana Cherry, provided a euphoric yet calming high. The dominant terpenes usually found in SBC are Caryophyllene, Limonene, and Linalool. Despite being an indica-dominant hybrid, its effects were light enough for daytime use without causing drowsiness. Connoisseur notes described the aroma and flavors as “Citrus, cherry, bright,” “Tropicana taste with citrus, peppery, and lemony undertones,” and “Strong citrus floral with hints of gas and cherry.” With a THC content of 24.67%, Super Buff Cherries achieved an overall rating of 8.25.
Second Place: Tahiti Lime by Robust
Details: Coming in at a close second, Tahiti Lime by Robust was a standout favorite for many, scoring the highest in several categories. This strain, a cross between (Zkittles X Do-Si-Dos) and Lemon & Lime, delivered a unique sour citrus profile with a balanced high that was well-received. Dominant terpenes Caryophyllene, Limonene, and Linalool gave Tahiti Lime its characteristic punch. Connoisseur notes described the aroma and flavor as “Nice and lemony, hints of grapefruit,” “Citrusy, slightly skunky,” and “Sweet and sour with an earthy citrus aftertaste.” With a THC content of 28.84%, Tahiti Lime earned an overall rating of 8.17.
Third Place: GMO Cookies by Illicit
Details: GMO Cookies by Illicit placed third in Round 2 but quickly became a personal favorite among many of the judges, especially fans of the GMO profile. This strain, a cross between Chemdawg and Girl Scout Cookies, offered a smooth smoke packed with garlic and funk notes. Known for its calming, nighttime effects, GMO Cookies shined in categories such as flavor and smoothness. Connoisseur notes described it as “Nice garlic and citrus flavor, almost lemon-peppery,” “Love how the floral and sweet herbal notes show up on the exhale,” and “Musky and spicy in the jar, very sweet and sour when ground up.” With dominant terpenes Caryophyllene, Limonene, and Myrcene, GMO Cookies boasted a THC content of 30.24% and earned an overall rating of 8.07.
Fourth Place: Peach Crescendo by Cloud Cover
Details: Rounding out the top four was Peach Crescendo by Cloud Cover. Though it placed fourth, this entry was still highly regarded and showcased the overall quality of this round’s competition. Peach Crescendo, an indica-dominant strain originally from Ethos Genetics boutique line, brought gassy and citrus notes to the forefront, making it a go-to strain for nighttime relaxation. Connoisseur notes highlighted its flavors as “Sweet citrus with notes of cheese,” “Funky citrus flavor that’s kind of creamy,” and “Citrus with a sweet tart back end.” This strain had a THC content of 30.49% and earned an overall rating of 7.8.

Each strain was evaluated based on structure, freshness, aroma, flavor, smoothness, and effects, making for a comprehensive review process. This round’s competition was incredibly tight, showcasing the premium quality flower that Missouri cultivators are producing.
The Round 2 Connoisseur Pack was released at Greenlight Dispensaries locations, including Greenlight Chippewa, Greenlight Springfield, Greenlight Independence, Greenlight Poplar Bluff, and Greenlight Joplin.
